I honestly can't say enough great things about the staff at this venue! Every single person was so friendly, professional and funny. Getting in was a breeze through security, they were efficient while still being sure to check everyone thoroughly and were really calm and welcoming during it all. The ladies at the bar at coat check were lovely and so nice and helpful. They let people hang for a bit after the show and the staff closing up the venue were very kind and calmly let us know when they had to lock up and still didn't rush up out while gathering our stuff. I love that the merch was set up on a different floor and out of the way of the show area. It was the most calm and chill yet bubbly and kind staff I've ever encountered at a venue. And for being in the city it was not what I was expecting at all and I am always anxious about dealing with Venue staff at places like this. But with how welcoming and helpful they all were, I can't wait to see other shows there.
